Use your numbers
Estimate what delayed follow-up may be costing.
Nothing is pre-filled. Enter your own operating estimates. Values stay in this browser tab and are not sent to Automatq when you calculate.
Enter all five values to see formulas, estimated exposure, three recovery scenarios, and sprint break-even jobs.
Important: outputs are directional estimates based entirely on your inputs and simplified assumptions. They are not measured Automatq results, a prediction, a quote, or a guarantee of recovered leads, jobs, revenue, gross profit, or ROI. Actual outcomes depend on lead quality, eligibility, timing, capacity, customer behaviour, implementation, and other factors.
What ships
One working response system—not another dashboard.
Target launch is within 10 business days after required access, routing details, and approved scripts are received. The remaining sprint is used to operate, measure, and correct the agreed workflow.
Missed-call text-back plus website form or chat acknowledgement for agreed eligible leads. Lead routing into your existing CRM, Jobber, or a Trello pipeline. Booking links and human handoff rules for urgent, unusual, or high-value requests. A client-approved 14-day follow-up sequence with opt-out handling. A review-request trigger when a reliable completed-job signal is available. A weekly scorecard covering eligible leads, acknowledgement time, contacted, booked, won or lost, and follow-up status.
Good fit
Built for contractors with demand already coming in.
Owner-led residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or roofing company. At least 15 inbound calls or quote requests in a typical month. You can bring the last 10 inbound leads so we can inspect the real follow-up path. You can approve scripts and provide access to the agreed phone, form, calendar, and CRM workflow.
Not a fit
We should decline the sprint when these are true.
You need lead generation or ad management rather than help handling existing demand. You do not yet have steady inbound calls or quote requests. You cannot provide authorized access or approve the messages customers will receive. Your workflow requires unsupported regulated, emergency-dispatch, or sensitive-data handling.
Truthful proof
See the contractor lead flow—not a slide deck.
The public sandboxed contractor quote demo shows the form experience and lead-capture capability. It is inspectable capability proof, not a contractor endorsement or a claim of recovered leads, booking gains, revenue, or ROI.

If an Automatq-caused delay stops launch, you choose the remedy.
After required credentials, routing details, and approved scripts are received, if the agreed channels are not live by the end of business day 10 because of Automatq, choose a full refund of the $1,500 CAD sprint fee or continued work at no charge until the agreed workflow is live.
This does not guarantee lead volume, booked jobs, closed revenue, ROI, third-party uptime, or timelines affected by delayed access or approvals. Final terms require written agreement.
FAQ
Questions before we inspect the leads.
We already use Jobber, ServiceTitan, or another CRM. Does this replace it?
No. The sprint is designed to route and follow up inside the workflow your team already uses, subject to access and integration compatibility.
Will an AI agent handle every customer conversation?
No. You approve the scripts, stop conditions, and escalation rules. Urgent, unusual, sensitive, or high-value conversations can be handed to a person.
Can you guarantee recovered jobs or revenue?
No. Automatq guarantees the agreed launch remedy, not lead volume, customer behaviour, booked jobs, closed revenue, or return on investment.
What happens after 30 days?
You review the scorecard and decide separately whether to stop or continue. If you continue, the $1,500 CAD sprint fee is credited toward the $3,000 CAD Starter setup, leaving $1,500 CAD of setup, then $695 CAD/month.
How do consent and opt-outs work?
You approve the channels, notices, scripts, consent basis, opt-out language, retention rules, and human escalation process before launch. Automatq does not provide legal advice.
Start with evidence
Bring the last 10 inbound leads.
In 30 minutes, we will map the response path, identify missing second touches, and check whether the $1,500 CAD sprint can plausibly make sense using your own gross-profit inputs. No result is promised.
Audit availability is not acceptance. Scope, access, privacy, consent, messaging, third-party costs, taxes, and payment terms must be approved in writing before work begins.
