Information you give us. When you request a free site teardown, join our list, or start a project/checkout, we collect details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, company, and website URL.

Account & project data. If you create a client portal account, we store your profile, project, billing, and support information to deliver the service.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles card data under its own security and privacy terms.

Usage & device data. Like most websites, we automatically collect analytics data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser/device type, and interactions — via cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

• To respond to your requests, deliver our services, and manage your account and projects.
• To process payments and send invoices, receipts, and service notifications.
• To send you the resources you asked for and, if you opted in, occasional updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To measure and improve our website, marketing, and conversion performance.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues, and to comply with law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand traffic. This includes Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice anytime through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We rely on trusted providers to operate. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email.
• Cal.com — call scheduling.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to run our business, when required by law, or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer (e.g., a merger or acquisition).

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing. We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We operate from Canada and serve clients in Canada, the United States, and elsewhere; your information may be processed in those countries. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes may be highlighted on the site.
