Orders taken online.
Collected in store.

A multi-location pre-ordering platform wired into Square. Customers pick a branch, see that branch's stock, choose a pickup slot and pay. The order lands in Square and on a counter dashboard built for the twenty minutes around a pickup.

[ What the customer does ]

Pick a shop, then a time.

Every branch carries its own catalogue and its own stock, so the menu changes with the shop. Ordering rules live in the database rather than the code: how far ahead each item must be ordered, how many orders a slot can take, and when a location is closed.

Location first. The chosen branch follows the customer through the whole checkout.

[ What the counter sees ]

The twenty minutes
around a pickup.

Orders arrive grouped by pickup slot, with the capacity of each slot on the row. Staff move an order from new to preparing to ready, and the customer is notified at each step. Handover is a scanned pickup code rather than a name and a guess.

Licensed monthly and operated for you. The build covers configuration, your catalogue and launch.

The screens above are from a working build shown with a sample operator, sample catalogue and Square in sandbox. It is the software, not a trading store, and no figures here describe any business's results.
