Commercial electronic messages need consent and an unsubscribe mechanism under CASL. We text only contacts with consent on file, and every message carries an opt-out. Automatq does not provide legal advice.
They are removed from every campaign at once, not just the one they replied to, and the opt-out is recorded.
Not through us. Incentivised reviews breach platform policy, so we do not build that campaign.
