What we guarantee
If the agreed channels are not live by the end of business day 10 because of an Automatq-caused delay — after credentials, routing details, and approved scripts are received — you choose the remedy: a full refund of the $1,500 CAD sprint fee, or continued work at no charge until the workflow is live. Automatq guarantees the agreed launch remedy — not lead volume, customer behaviour, booked jobs, closed revenue, or return on investment.
Why owners pick Automatq
-
Fixed scope, fixed price – the price on the page is the price for the scope described.
-
You approve everything – every script, stop condition and escalation rule is signed off before launch.
-
Runs on your tools – leads route into the CRM, Jobber or Trello pipeline you already use.
-
No lock-in – recurring work is month to month; you keep what was built and shipped.
What we don't promise
We sell the mechanism, not the market.
Plenty of shops will quote you a lead number. We won't, because nobody can honestly control it. How many people call you depends on your market, your pricing, your reputation, the season, the weather, and what your competitors did that week. None of that belongs to us — so none of it goes in your contract.
What does belong to us is narrower and a lot more useful: when a call comes in and you can't pick it up, it gets answered. Every time, in seconds, in words you approved. That's the machine. That's what we build, operate, and put in writing.
So the promise is deliberately small, and you'll always know exactly what you bought — a system that answers, not a forecast. Any numbers you see on this site are illustrations of how the mechanism works, never a target we're committing to hit.
In writing
-
The agreed workflow live on the agreed number by the agreed day — or you pick the remedy.
-
Every eligible missed call gets an approved text back, automatically.
-
Fixed scope at a fixed price, with every script and stop condition approved by you first.
Never promised
-
Lead volume, enquiry quality, or customer behaviour.
-
Booked jobs, closed revenue, or return on investment.
-
Rankings, traffic, or a date by which any of the above arrives.
Your tools, your scripts,
your approval — answers
before launch.
No. The sprint is designed to route and follow up inside the workflow
your team already uses, subject to access and integration compatibility.
No. You approve the scripts, stop conditions, and escalation rules.
Urgent, unusual, sensitive, or high-value conversations can be
handed to a person.
No. Automatq guarantees the agreed launch remedy, not lead volume,
customer behaviour, booked jobs, closed revenue, or return on investment.
You review the scorecard and decide separately whether to stop or continue.
There is no setup fee and nothing further to pay up front — the
$1,500 CAD sprint is the setup. If you continue, it is $399 CAD/month.
More answers before
committing to anything
You approve the channels, notices, scripts, consent basis, opt-out language,
retention rules, and human escalation process before launch. Automatq does
not provide legal advice.
Missed-call text-back is one part of the sprint: when an eligible call to the agreed
number goes unanswered, an approved text is sent automatically. The sprint also covers
website form or chat acknowledgement, routing into your existing CRM or pipeline,
a client-approved 14-day follow-up with opt-out handling, and a weekly scorecard.
You approve the scripts before anything sends. No result is promised.
No. The lead-response and follow-up work connects to the phone number, form,
calendar, and CRM you already use. A website is a separate engagement.
Some plans are self-serve and check out immediately. Others are set up with you
directly, so those buttons book a call instead. Either way, the price shown
on this page is the price.
The tier prices are fixed for the scope described. Final scope, access, privacy,
consent, messaging, third-party costs, taxes, and payment terms are agreed
in writing before work begins.
